As a result of everything we’ve gone through, my husband and I are constantly pushing ourselves when it comes to our health. We’ve realized the importance of a diet packed with fruits and vegetables, motivation combined with daily exercise, and taking care of the bodies God gave us.

After working at a desk job during his parents illnesses, Sean came to the conclusion that he needed something more active and influential. With that in mind, he became a certified personal trainer and a guide at the USNWC. He knows how to “go, go, go” and he’s taught me how significant that is to your well being.
