"As a result of everything we've gone through, my husband and I are constantly pushing ourselves when it comes to our health. We've realized the importance of a diet packed with organic protein, fruit and vegetables, motivation combined with daily exercise, and taking care of the bodies God gave us. 

After working at a desk job during his parents illnesses, Sean came to the conclusion that he needed something more active and influential as his career. With that in mind, he became a certified personal trainer and now works for Burn Boot Camp Cornelius, training hundreds of women every week and helping them better their lives.

Working in Marketing for Burn Boot Camp has continued to provide me with the ideal avenue to keep my health and fitness a priority. At headquarters, we take an hour at lunch every single day to exercise at the HQ gym right next to the office. I can't tell you how thankful I am to be a part of a company that focuses on health and wellness.

Whether it is rock climbing or working out at camp, Sean and I have realized that fitness is something we want at the forefront of our lives and we are doing our best to keep it that way!
